CD Shades of Life

An album for you, the listener

Music often tells a story – about a natural event, a personal experience or a stream of inner feelings. Shades of Life is a collection of such stories. Like all stories, musical tales go from storyteller to storyteller, gaining significance at each turn. Ideas first came to me, as composer, during quiet moments behind the piano, listening to the music in my head. The next ‘key’ storyteller was the pianist, Mattias Spee, who made them come alive. Equally important was the sound artist who helped create this album through his magic art of recording and mastering.

Now, at the end of the chain, the stories are ready for you, the listener. As you get drawn into the particular world of sounds of the album, you may conjure up your own tales. Please enjoy!
